As of March 23, 2020, MPC remains fully operational including sales and shipments as normal (adhering to guidelines established by the New York State “PAUSE” executive order). We are adhering to all safety protocols established to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We appreciate your understanding as we work through this evolving situation. We will provide updates as necessary should our situation change.
Ongoing Production: Most all of our production is running with reduced personnel. In the event facilities reduce capacity and/or close adversely affecting any open order, customers will be notified immediately.
Inventory: In many cases, we have orders produced and in inventory with planned shipments per current PO delivery dates. For those orders currently in production, we are attempting to build some safety stock at our Bloomfield office in case conditions change.
Communication: Email is our most effective and efficient communication method. Please feel free to email with any questions or requests and we will do our utmost to respond quickly.
China Considerations: MPC does not obtain raw material from China so there are no issues arising from supply shortages due to Chinese economic conditions.
